How to setup a weekly summary of your Stripe activity

A quick tutorial on how to setup a weekly recurring summary of key Stripe metrics into your team's Slack channel

Step 1: Connect Stripe to Swishjam

Go to your Swishjam integrations tab and add Stripe. This will take you to the Stripe authentication flow so be ready to login and grant us access to your Stripe data. This should take roughly 1-2 -minutes to complete.

Step 2: Connect Slack to Swishjam

Go to your Swishjam destinations tab in integrations and add Slack. This will take you to the Slack authentication flow so be ready to login and grant us access to your Slack. This should take roughly 1-2 -minutes to complete. This will grant us the ability to send messages and see your Slack channels.

Step 3: Setup a report automation

all-reports.png Go to Swishjam automations tab and select reports. Reports is a simple way to create daily, weekly or monthly rollups of your data in Swishjam. Select "New Report" to create your Stripe summary.

create-report.png Name your report, set the frequency to weekly (daily and monthly are available too), and then set the sections to be "Revenue Analytics". Included in the summary is your MRR, active subscriptions, and churn over the time period.

Step 4: Sit back relax and get updated
