At Swishjam, our goal is to give you a single pane of glass for all of your digital analytics. We love product analytics, it’s a key piece to building a strong product and ultimately a strong SaaS business. However we feel as though the product analytics space is missing the target on a few key areas.
In short, we feel as though the existing solutions on the market are missing:
- The ability to seamlessly connect all of your data and stitch it together.
- A true 360 degree view of your customers and your business.
- The ability to act upon and activate all of this data.
There are lots of things that happen outside of your product that are important for any software business to run, but today they are mostly disjointed and live separately in disparate tools. Think marketing site analytics, support tickets, payments data, email communication, CRM data, etc... There’s really a ton that goes into building a great digital business. Yet in order to get all of this through a single pane of glass, it usually involves painful ETLs, data warehouses, BI tools, and full teams to build it all out and maintain. This should all live in one interface, with all of your other data, and a simple switch to turn them on and off.
